Technologie

Technology

By the constant increasing quantity of waste at always advanced disposal costs, it has been become economically interesting to regain the basic materials and to admit them to a recycling.

By the use of the WEISS Recycling Plants this will be enabled by a solid technology as well as an easy handling.

  • Guillotine

An economically pre-cutting of plastics bales and rolls.

  • Washing-Recycling-Plant

With a perfected technology conception, the washing-recycling-plant serves the shredding, washing, separating of heavy medium, drying, agglomerating and ensilaging of low thickness thermoplastic plastics wastes.

The result is a clean, free flowing agglomerate.

  • Agglomeraion Plant - REGENOLUX

The agglomeration plant REGENOLUX is forming clean and contaminated films, fibres and foams of almost all thermoplastic plastics in agglomerate. This agglomerate can be directly processed similar to granulate. By this procedure, developed by WEISS, the plastic is considerably less thermically burdened.
